Patreon Support | The Hollows

I want you all to know how important it is to support artist. I love when fans that I meet online and in-person express their appreciation of the work I produce. I don't disregard it at all to be honest. It touches my heart on so many levels. However, compliments won't help me pay my bills or put food on the table. Not don't take that statement with a level of disdain or disrespect. There are plenty of you who follow my work on Zivity or have commissioned me for work.

I have created a Patreon page that I would love to have more support on. Right now there is only one person on there supporting me. Which is quite disappointing. All you have to do is offer $5 a month to support with goals that I have going on. $5 is less money that you spend on most orders at McDonald's. The content you get to have or see is before anyone else has the opportunity gets to see. You get to see my "How I did it videos" before anyone as well. I'm also planning on adding interviews that will only be available to be seen on Patreon.

So your $5 goes a long way. Content that would cost a lot more to other people costs you very little. I give away some of my secrets and give you a behind the scenes eye that no one else gets to see. I even do print giveaways!!!

So support art, support artist. We produce this work because we love it and while we are out there creating this content that you admire or desire to have we would like to compensated just like you do at your job. We love what we do, we love seeing you smile or cry because a piece of art touches your soul. Look around you art is everywhere! Show your appreciation!

Thank you.

The Land Remembers

Parks have walking trails and horse trails in them. I never really lived somewhere where something like this was available. Never been one for hiking or going camping. I'm a city boy and bugs and I don't get along. However, this time was different, she asked me to follow her. Now if you know me I'm not about chasing anyone. Especially into a dense forest with or without a trail.

My hesitation she seem to understand. She looks me in my eyes and says, "It' will be ok, trust me." I look at her and I think, "How bad could it be? The sun is out. People are everywhere. Just try it this once." I nod and whisper, "Ok". She takes my hand and guides me onto the trail and in to the forest...

Moist series featuring Anna Banana

Sorry for the lack of updates, but many of you know that my wife and I have recently had our daughter. So, I am on a slight hiatus and slowly making my way back into shooting more. Very busy and I have some big plans over the horizon. Here are some images from a recent shoot with Anna Banana. Special thanks to RJ Burket and MUA by Taylor Mclaurin.

Working with Emily A.

I got the opportunity to work with Emily A. before she heads back to the other side of the world! We did some conceptual artsy ideas. Special thanks to Doug Kean for the help and use of his studio (THATstudio - DOK Shotz/Doug Kean)

The Apartment (Short Film)

I wrote a short film about three months ago just for the hell of it. In-between the time I wrote til a month ago I would think of about it. Asking myself why I would write something if I never planned to do something with it? I used to make short comedy sketches that I wrote in high school and I still create comedy sketches with Shae SpeaksTV (I'm not the writer though). I don't know what possessed me to write it to begin with. My mind has been so distracted with baby stuff and family issues that I can't focus. I just know that I needed to do something about it.

So, I contacted a friend who does some acting in her past and showed her the script. She loved it and told me she wanted to do it. I got really excited about this opportunity and nervous. I hadn't shot a different genre of film ever. It's always been comedy sketches. Never explored the suspenseful side of things.

Shooting took about five hours and editing took about nine hours. The video is less than six minutes long. So please have a look at it. Comments are welcomed.
